Windows - found the mouse pointer

I usually utilize several screens with my computers. Sometimes I found my self finding the mouse pointer and it costs me some seconds to find it. From windows, the users can configure the system such that when the user press on the key "Ctrl" of the keyboard, there will be some kind of circle around the mouse pinter which comes smaller, in order to make it easier to find it.

This could be the effect:

To configure it, you might do the follow:
1. Click on "Start Menu"
2. Click on "Control Panel"
3. Click on "Printer and other hardware".
4. Click on "Mouse"
5. Go to the "Pinter options" tab
6. Check the option "Show location of pointer when I press the CTRL key".
7. Click on Accept.
